HIO - Hillsboro Airport

NOT FOR NAVIGATION

Hillsboro Airport is located immediately to the north of the city of Hillsboro, Oregon. HIO is easy to spot from a high angle, e.g., 4000 feet up and a few miles away. At pattern altitude (1000 feet above terrain) it's hard to find the airport from a distance unless you happen to be lined up with a runway.
